Dr. Jennifer Elliott

Dr. DeMoy joined our practice in 2016 after graduating from Cornell College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. She practiced mixed animal medicine in New York before returning to Vermont in 2002. She lives in Orwell with her husband, Dave, their three daughters, two dogs, a gecko, and many chickens. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, needlework, crochet, felting, and reading.

Dr. Kara Palac joined The Animal Hospital of Hinesburg in 2020, returning to her beloved Vermont. She graduated from Tufts University in 2014 and has worked in both mixed-animal and small animal practices in New York and New Jersey. Her clients value her candid approach and sense of humor. Outside of work, she enjoys running half marathons (aiming for all 50 states), baking, watching Netflix, and spending time with her husky, Ginger, and horse, Koko.

Originally from California, Dr. Levin earned his DVM from Ross University in 1999, followed by an internship at The Animal Medical Center in New York and a three-year residency in surgery completed in 2003. He is board-certified by the American College of Veterinary Surgeons and has served as Staff Surgeon and Chief of Surgery at referral and emergency hospitals across the U.S. His special interests include orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, and he has performed thousands of TPLO procedures for cruciate ligament repair.
